How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to compliance@trustgenius.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

2. In your request, please provide:

   • Your full name

   • The email address or phone number associated with your TrustGenius account

   • Any additional information that will help us locate your account
     
     

What Happens Next

• Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity.

• After verification, we will delete your account and all associated personal data (including WhatsApp, SMS, and email records stored for your account) from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).

• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.

• Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.

• If you are using TrustGenius through a business that manages your account, please contact the business directly for data deletion.
