You send a written request for a refund to our customer support within this 14-day window.

You are not eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

If you use our services beyond the initial 14-day period after your first billing cycle.
Any setup fees incurred when we assist you with setup, as these are non-refundable.
Violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to, using the software for spam or non-compliance with industry regulations.

If you decide to cancel your subscription after the 14-day refund window has closed, you can do so at any time. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and no pro-rated refunds will be provided.
